Una Brennan Super Facialist
My trusty Origins Clean Energy Oil ran out, and I was on a mission for some purse friendly skincare additions. I chose the Vitamin C+ Cleansing Oil and the Vitamin C+ Micro Polish Wash from the Una Brennan Superfacialist range. I have been well and truly blown away with how amazing these products are, and have definitely knocked my previous favourites that are double the price from the top spot. They both smell absolutely gorgeous, a bit like chocolate oranges without the sickly smell you can often get when scents are replicated. They are gentle on my skin but do that they say they will. The face wash has micro beads in and I can feel it refreshing and gently resurfacing my skin, whilst gently taking off the dead skin cells every morning. The vitamins in it made my skin look brighter and perkier after just a few uses, and I can see the difference once I've applied make up.
The only con wish the cleansing oil is that there is no pump, and my clean energy one doesn't fit, but for the price, I really can't complain. This smells a hell of a lot better than the Origins one, and actually does a better job at removing my make-up. This soothes the skin but also takes off foundation, waterproof mascara and lipstick without leaving my skin feeling tugged and dry. It has rosehip oil and olive oil just to name a couple of ingredients, and leaves my complexion feeling smooth and clean. I can't wait to discover more of the range next time I'm in store, and I'm keen to try the Vitamin C+ Daily Moisturiser and the pre-cleanse oil. If you have to buy one thing next time you're in Boots, definitely have a look at this magical duo.
